I am not all certain how to fix this. I am fairly certain the location is pointing to the correct location.

Please do as the form error is telling you. Currently you have the form location specified as:

http://www.ellies50sdiner.com

This is not the location of the form. You need to enter the exact URL of the form (including the file name).

http://www.ellies50sdiner.com/myfilename.html

You will also need to change the filename of the contact form so it does not include any spaces in order to comply with web standards.
