Hi,
When I copy the form into the HTML editor, all o fthe questions work except for the: Text Box - multi line - why is this?

There isn't any reason it should work in your HTML editor. It is most likely an issue with the HTML editor.

Personally, I'd try simply pasting it into a simple editor such as notepad.

I don't have another option as I use a Content Management System ,there is only one place that I can edit the HTML that I can see and that is through the HTML editor

It is most likely a bug in the CMS.
