I have a problem with data that is being downloaded from the Message Center. In the form (test) I have two questions with Checkbox answers. The answers to the first question get replaced in the download with the answers to the second question. The answers downloaded for the second question remain correct.

The messages themselves show the correct responses and the auto-forwarded e-mails are correct. It is just when the data is actually downloaded. It does not seem to matter if the file format is Excel or a delimited file - all formats show the same problem.

I have created a very simple form called Test and you can see the problem in the results for that form if you can access my forms area (Username = Siamsa).

Form location is www.siamsa.org/test.htm

Is there anyway to overcome this problem ?

Unfortunately, it is unclear to me at this moment what could cause this. I am in the process of completing a massive update to the site and will add this to the list of bugs I am addressing. A fix will go live at the end of August when this update goes live.

I just wanted to give you a heads up that this issue is has been fixed on the back end, and will be released during the next update.

The release date should be the third week of Feb. 2008 (tentative). I've added quite a lot of new features for this update, hence the reason it has been pushed back.
