Dose your form support arabic language ?
cause when i use the form with arabic data , i recieved the data with unknow language (اİادي ) in my email , i tried to do ( encording - arabic windows ) but that didnt solve the problem !
Please advise |

Unfortunately, our system was not been tested within non-roman alphabets.

Hi I had the same issue and after lots of research it appears the problem is with the email client not decoding the aribic fonts. If you open the email form with Red Cube mail or the mail reader on this site they are ok but once most email clients get hold of the form you get all that coding eg
#1586 The work around ist to use either this site to read the emails and export them as html to your local workstation. open them and cut and paste to word etc then save and do what you want with them. They will be totaly readable doing this. If you export as excell file you will have the same problem with the arbic characters. |
