I have the form on my website at www.triconsystems.com/contact.html
When I make a submission I get a new web page that says: Error: You have already submitted this form recently. Please try again later. I tried yesterday and today and am getting the same error.
The error page is www.mycontactform.com/sendform/sendform.php
Please help.

Please check the Click Protection settings for your form.
