Recently did a complete refresh of a high profile website. Refreshed in a staging area. Tested thoroughly, arranged a promotion to production & announced to the client membership.

Did not notice that the on-line membership application form stopped working. The form was no longer on an 'approved' page. Just noticed today when the on-line membership applications dropped off to zero for the last two weeks..

I squared it up & all is OK now.

Two observations..

1) Be aware when you relocate a website.. with page naming convention changing.
2) As we average an application a day.. we likely missed out on a dozen. The interested party received an error as they [submit] but I, as the owner of the form, did not. Had I received an email notice I could have remedied straightaway.
