Once my clients fill out their form and it is sent to me, they are getting this error message and not being re-directed to the proper page......

Not Found
The requested URL http:// was not found on this server.

I am not sure why...I have used your forms before and have never had this problem with it.

Please confirm that in the form setting you set a fully qualified and accurate URL into the redirect page setting. The setting should look something like this:

http://www.mydomain.com/thankyou.html
