Hi,
I'm having a problem with my upgrade to premium membership. I sent my payment more than 48 hours ago but still have not been upgraded. I've reached my maximum quota already and its just the 2nd of July.
My username is guardian.
Can someone please look into this.

I've reached my quota and I am using your form for a very important and urgent company survey!
i already signed up and paid for premium membership. Can you please activate it ASAP? Employees are getting error messages!!!
