Hi, I am new here. I made a Form, ok, and located it on www.ddta.org/tu-pass/index.html


When I try to send it, there is any error ever...

Help please!

Repost the HTML to your site and see if this solves the problem. If it doesn't, the error is most likely being caused by your web hosting provider blocking form posts.

Try deleting the form, rebuilding it form the myContactForm.com control panel, and then recopying and pasting the new code.
