I have been getting a lot of spam in the forms that I made, is there a way to add a verification as enter a 4 letter code, so it has to be entered by a person and not the computer? There are services that do this, sometimes in Hotmail before you can send a email it requires you to copy and enter a group of letters then it will mail the files

This is currently not possible. It is however part of a suite of new features currently in development and due for release late August that will include email blocking, keyword filtering, and visual verification.
