We just switched our spam filter to McAfee and afterward, our forms stopped emailing to the distribution lists that we had set up for them. How can we resolve this issue. The emails that they forward to are generic emails for things such as facilities or techsupport. They then forward to the pertinent staff members.

You need to look into the setting for your anti-virus software. There should be a way to whitelist specific email addresses. More information can be found here:
