The confirmation email sent to the user after they submit a form is delivered in Gmail accounts with a top alert with yellow background saying:
"Be careful with this message"
"This may be a spoofed message. The message claims to have been sent from your account, but Gmail couldn’t verify the actual source. Avoid clicking links or replying with sensitive information, unless you are sure that you actually sent this message. (No need to reset your password, the real sender does not actually have access to your account!)"
Let's just say this doesn't send a very professional vibe. And this is the first interaction the client has with the company...
I'm also a premium member and have been for over a decade, and find it a bit strange to have to address this in a public forum in hope that someone might read this and provide a solution. That is, if someone ever reads this. Very frustrating honestly. |
