Hi,
I am an IT Provider for a law office. Their answering service uses mycontactform.com. They are filling out and send a simple contact form to 2 email messages at my customer.
The message sender is showing up as "<>" (without quote marks). It is then getting dumped into the user's spam folder. How do we fix this? Is this a problem with the form?

Good Afternoon,
This formatting is likely occurring on the incoming mail server. Perhaps it is modifying the email header?
