File attachment ( 2 fields) in my form not working when I put it (Required ) and despite the 2 files are attached but It gives a message :

ERROR

Please upload a file for 'Attach copy of your ID :'.
Please upload a file for 'Attach copy of your child birth certificate:'.

Please try removing the questions from the form and then re-adding them. Once you've done this, try updating your website with the new HTML.
