I haven't renew the subscription to Permium until today and now I am facing that all the emails sent to me were deleted. How can I recover them?. This is very valid information to me and I am surprised that it was deleted! In fact, I have lost a lot of consumers and physicians that were store with you. Is there any way to recover them?

Good Day,

Information in the message center is not deleted when an account is not renewed. Once the account is upgraded again, the information should be there. The exceptions to this is if the form was deleted from your account manually, or if the information is older than two years, which is purged (as stated in our Privacy Policy).
