I have used you guys for many years and have always gotten my submitted forms via email.
All of a sudden, I am not getting my forms. They are on your server, but not getting to me.
Any suggestions as to what is wrong would be appreciated. |

| I have not recieved an answer yet, please help. Yet another form submitted today & was not sent to my email. It is very inconvenient to have to log in on yor site & then download my forms. I need them in my email. |

When a sudden change like this occurs, it is almost certainly an issue of spam filtering on your incoming email server. Please check with your email provider. Also, read the tips here for avoiding filtering issues:
