Recently had a new customer state that they had sent an e-mail to our website e-mail address on 12/7 and, for some reason, I just received it this afternoon. (12/14) Can someone explain? Thanks1 |

All messages are sent instantly from our email server. Often incoming mail servers will have a delay setting where they basically will bounce a message back to the sending server which then have to bounce it back. This relaying setting is often used to prevent spam, but depending on the settings of incoming servers may delay things. I suggest you check your incoming mail server settings.
