Hi
I'll try and explain this better cos it's begining to get frustrating lol
I used the wizard to produce an email for my subscriber. After inserting the hmtl, the subscriber fills in the form and he gets 2 emails one without an autoresponse and one with a response.
I can't even figure out why I'm receiving 2 emails
Thanks in anticipation for your help

Good Day,
Please check the following settings:
Auto Responder
Edit > Auto Responder
This controls that automated message that is sent to the sender of the form.
Send to Address
Edit > Send to Address
This controls the who the actual form response is sent to.
If the Auto Responder is enabled, two messages will be sent. One to the address configured in 'Send to Address' and one to the address typed into the form by the form sender. If you don't want the latter, disable the auto responder.
Outside of these settings, the only other possibility is that you have some email forwarding setup in either your email client or email server that is causing messages to be forwarded to additional addresses.
