We have just created a premium account, but are missing features in the hosted form we really need:

We need to be able to define the default values using GET-values the URL like this:
http://www.mycontactform.com/hosted/form.php?formid=426730&q1=name&q2=my@email.com
So this URL will cause field q1 have value "name" and q2 "my@email.com".
This should be a very simple feature to add.

Together with this we need to be able to add custom CSS as your CSS configuration is way too limited. (can't determine page background, form alignment and title layout).
Maybe also add this as get-value? Or as custom field in configuration?

Please let us know if you can add this in the next few days.
Otherwise we will need to cancel the premium account.

The GET values feature is not possible.

The other changes you are requesting are not possible in the time frame you are suggesting.
