Is there a way that the person completing a form can enter an e-mail address to which form data is sent. A user can enter his or her own e-mail address. Can this be done for another person -- for a second recipient -- for situations where selecting from a designated drop-down list would not work?

Unfortunately, this is not possible due to SPAM / security concerns.
