I have completed form and received email auto response as sender and completed form to email address within web page. But when completing the form on web I am directed to a web page showing :-

our Logo and this message
Sorry, the website www.dental-staff-recruitment cannot be found.

somewhere within set up I must have a url without the ".com" but drawing a blank. Can you please advise Thanks

Please make sure that you have the correct URL entered into the Redirect Page configuration.

Login > Edit > Redirect Page
