WP has a plugin called email-before-download. It requires a site visitor to provide an email address , then as soon as the email address is provided, the site visitor is allowed to download a document. Is there any way to do that with myContactForm?

No, this is not exactly possible with myContactForm.com alone. People often however set the Redirect Page (Edit > Redirect Page) to the URL of a page that has a link for downloading a file. This would work in a similar manner to what you've described.
