Ok, I made the form with the senders e-mail, name, age and location, but I don't know how to make the message field a.k.a. the field where the sender is writing the message.

Please help.

The question type you're looking to add is a Text Box - Multi Line question. To do this, go to:

Edit >
Form Questions >
New Question >
Choose 'Text Box - Multi Line' under 'Type of Question'
