Hi there I have been using these form for a while they work great. I was wondering though do these forms work for ipad or iphone use as well?

For one of my main websites I have a quote form that works okay when sent through a desktop computer but if it's sent through an iphone the message doesn't come through.

I can't tell if this is a glitch or what the problem would be. Are these forms normally suppose to work for mobile devices as well. Do they need to be configured a different way for mobile use?

Yes, our forms work on mobile devices. The forms are composed of standard HTML that will work on any platform. There is likely something else happening with the code around the form that could be causing an issue.
