Hi..
I need a warranty form for my product, but I don't know "mycontactform" can support what I want.

Example :
I am selling Portable charger and my warranty is this portable charger can be replace to new one 2 times if broken or spoil in no time frame.
And when the customer come to claim the warranty, I need to mark or add to database if it is already replace once or twice.

is it possible to do this ?

You can use myContactForm.com to collect the data, but would need to implement your own database to track the data.
