Good Day,
What is the URL of the form? What are the fields that aren't working? Without this information added to your post, it is tough to provide answers.
I would suggest double checking in the admin panel (Edit > Form Questions) that none of the fields are checked as required. I would also try deleting the specific questions which you are having trouble with from the admin panel, recreating them, and then updating the code on you site. If that doesn't work, I would suggest rebuilding the form from scratch and updating your code.

I wanted to know how I can find the option that it gives me under edit, to remove the required areas. I look at it as you had suggested but didn't find the option to remove the "required areas"

Once you click 'Edit', go through the steps to edit the question and it will give you a check box to check or uncheck depending on whether you want to make the question required.
