Crying or Very sad I have tried countless times to add a new email address in the My User Information.
Crying or Very sad We have confirmation that the address is added when we receive the email and verify the address, yet she is still not receiving the forms.
Crying or Very sad My ICT Manager has checked there is no reason why she shouldnt be getting them.
Crying or Very sad Also, when I check the sent forms in the Message Centre I can see she isnt being sent them.
Crying or Very sad I have tried making her the Default Email address and she doesnt receive them.
Shocked I have tried deleting my own email address entirely and making her the only Default, and STILL she doesnt receive them and I DO.
Please help.

Once you add an email address the account under the 'My User Information' panel, you must then point the actual form to this address. This is done under Edit > Send to Address.
