This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as
untac.nl/untac//inschrijven_files/widget1_markup.html.
To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location. Currently you have the 'Form Location' specified as:
* http://untac.nl/untac//inschrijven_files/widget1_markup.html.
When I copy/paste the right text as specified he automatticly place the http:// before the link. |

Don't worry about the http:// being added. This will not cause the problem. You likely have a typo in the form location setting. Try setting it to the following and it should work:
http://untac.nl/*

Nick I am having the same issue he had, and I see your suggestion worked for him.
I am just unsure of where to copy and paste your suggested URL there?
I am a novice and need "Contact forms for dummies" LOL I apologize.
Can you explain more in step by step to someone who isn't sure what exactly you mean?
And where you suggest I put it?
Thanks in advance

Basically, the easiest thing to do is replace the majority of your form URL with a wildcard, which in our software is the * symbol. For example, say that your form resides on the following URL:
http://www.mydomain.com/something/somethelse/myform.html
You could very easily put the following into the configuration:
http://www.mycontactform.com/*
To change this configuration:
1. Login
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Basic Form Information'
4. Edit the setting for the 'Form Location'

There is no need for it to be in a separate directory. If the form is:
http://www.myurl.com/form.html
Change the Form Location to:
http://www.myurl.com/*

Hi,
I've actually had similar problem as mentioned by others. When I post what is given to me which includes widget_1.html, it still doesn't seem to work. Then sometimes it gives me the 404 error message which I know is in the coding. Any suggestions? Also, should I include the www?
Thank you,
Jill

I just checked out the form here:
http://www.dutchlandgalleries.com/Dutchland_Galleries/Contact_Us_Directions.html
It seems to work for me; I am not getting any form location errors. Is there another form somewhere experiencing this issue?
For the form location setting for all of your forms on this URL, I'd recommend using the following for configuration:
dutchlandgalleries.com/*
www.dutchlandgalleries.com/*
If you are receiving an error 404 upon submission, this is typically not an error coming from the form itself. Instead, it is an error caused by redirecting the form to a page that doesn't exist. Make sure that the URL listed under Edit > Redirect Page is valid.
