I have had a form on my website since last March and recently when someone fills out the form they get this message:

We're sorry but the e-mail address you entered does not appear to be valid. Please push the back button on your browser and enter a valid e-mail address.

I tried it myself with a valid email address and it doesn't work. I've had the same code since last year and it's worked up until now. I've never changed the code. How do I fix this?

The code you have on your site is not correct. It is not as we have provided. The alignment for the email address input field is aligned with the question "Home, Cell or Business telephone:" instead of with the "E-mail Address:" question. If you put a proper email address into the text field next to "Home, Cell or Business telephone:" you will see the error message doesn't present itself.

You need to paste the form code onto your site as we have provided.
