Ok Thank you. We have had the form recreated however there are two glitches that were noticed immediately.
1. We would like our form to have a blue background with white text however the text doesn't revert to black in the drop down boxes etc like it does on most forms so the drop down text is invisible.
2. If you specify a Subject under form management it over rides the "mandatory" subject within the form. |

1 - I am not certain what you are saying. Please post a link that illustrates this. You may need to change this in an external HTML editor, although you should be able to configure what you need under Edit > Form Appearance
2 - You cannot have both a specified fix subject AND and user specified subject. The only configurable subject options are listed under Edit > Subject. You cannot use a form question to configure the subject.

1. If you change your form text to white since all of the field backgrounds are white as well you can not see the text as per image below.
2. Actually you can because you can not remove the subject that comes with the form because there is no delete button.....please see images below;

Good Day,
Please 'Preview' the form when using a fixed subject. You will see that the subject won't appear on the form.
For the background color issue, go to:
Edit > Form Appearance
On the third page select that you would like the form to have a custom look. Specify the font and background colors for the fields that you would like here.
