I've checked this out a lot & changed it accordingly. I added a Browse Button and still get this message after I added a photo:
■We're sorry but you did not fill out all of the required fields. Please push the back button on your browser and fill out all of the required fields.
■Please update a recent photograph of yourself
What do I need to do to make it work? I don't believe you offer a Browse Button, so I added my own. |

It is not possible to simply add an upload field to your form within an external HTML editor. You need to add this to your form via Xtras > File Attachment Field.

So to use a Browse type Xtra, it'll require me to upgrade to Premium at $29.99? If so, that's too steep. |

File attachments are a premium only feature.
