We set up an e-special sign up form on our website. When customers come in and want to sign up, our front desk would help them enter the email address into this form on our website. We can enter one customer email address successfully but when we enter the 2nd customer email address, it would show an error message: You have already submitted this form recently. Please try again later.
We need to close and open the browser each time in order to enter a new customer email address. Sad
Any solution??

This is a setting under:

Form Security / Anti-SPAM > Click Protection
