I have recently posted the generic registration form to my website (www.mobile-knowledge.com/usergroup.html), and signed up to the premium membership. I noticed that the drop down options for state or province are listed separately. I would like one drop down list that handles both. How can I do this? Thank you.

Your will need to create a generic drop down question and then manually add the values you wish to include.
