I have followed that tutorial step by step.
The contact form is only on the contact page of my website www.anniemjewelry.com, and these are the variations of the url i am including:
http://www.anniemjewelry.com/site//contact_files/widget1_markup.html.
http://www.anniemjewelry.com/site/contact.html
Is that all i need to include?

Looking at your configuration, you have the following URLs configured:

http://www.anniemjewelry.com/site//contact_files/widget1_markup.html.
http://www.anniemjewelry.com/site/contact.html

This configuration does not have the URL of the form given within the error message (you need to add it without the www). I went ahead and copied the URL directly from the error message and pasted it into your configuration. It now works.

| The sumbit button gives the same error regardless of what I do and Ive read and tried it all. It just doesnt work! |
