I would like to be able to use a variable from the form (for example a variable called "lastname") in the subject line of the email.

Specifically instead of just a generic "New User Added" I'd like to be able to see in the subject line the last name of the new user.

Something like "New User Added - Smith".

Thank you. I will try and work this into an upcoming software update.
