I have updated the E-mail Subject from 2009 to 2010 on two of my forms and it is not taking the change. I have tested multiple times with no change in the subject line.

Please make sure that you are removing the old code from your site and replacing it with the updated code. Also, please clear the cache on your web browser as you may still be submitting an old copy of the form.
