We are receiving complaints that our customers are being called by a survey company about us. Is our customer information able to be obtained by others or do you sell this information? This is not at all acceoptable to us. Please let me know. Thank you.

We absolutely do not distribute any of the data coming from the forms. Form data is held in a secure database for 13 months so that our users may access their data via the Message Center, and then it is permanently deleted. None of the information from the forms is sent to anyone other than the specified email address associated with the form. We don't distribute in any way, shape, or form any of the data from either our user database, or the forms submitted.

We take data privacy and security very seriously. This is outlined within our Terms of Service, under item IV. Privacy.
