| The completed forms are not being sent to the others on the list and every time I edit and check the other two individuals it says it has been saved, but then I go back and none are checked again. The first several forms were sent to the correct people and then our Conference Organizer Steven stopped getting the e-mails and I only got them. Then I checked the membership form and those e-mails keep getting unchecked as well. Please help. What do I need to do to correct this. |

While they may not appear to be checked in the interface, they are configured properly. The problem is not with the configuration (it is actually updated in the backend, but gets reset when you go to reconfigure it). The emails are being sent. Please check you email and spam filter settings. This is the cause of not receiving the emails.
