I am not a Premium member. I do receive quite a bit of spam email. Are there options for a non-Premium member to adjust the security level for receiving emails? Can I specify certain addresses I do not wish to receive emails from?
How can being a Premium member give me more protection and leverage as far as filtering spam?

Upgrading your account to 'Premium' will allow you to add 'Visual Verification' to your forms. This is a CAPTCHA based system that places a random string of characters which must be manually inputted prior to submission. The vast majority of form spam comes from automated robots, so this system essentially cuts down the cast majority of SPAM.

If you notice frequent spammer, you can block their email address and IP addresses under the 'Form Security / Anti-SPAM' portion of the control panel.
