Hello,

I created a form that looks GREAT in preview..but when I paste in on my site there are not text boxes, no submit button, and no way to type in any info:

It doesn't work because the HTML being displayed on your site is being stripped of all form elements (text boxes, hidden fields, etc.). This is most likely being done by either your CMS or web host. You will need to contact them to figure out why they are striping your forms of their tags.
