A while ago I installed a contact form on my site:
http://www.medwayfire.org/webmastercontact.html
It worked well for a while and I have made no changes to the page that I can recall. I was today advised that it is now not working properly. I sent myself a message using it and, sure enough, I received an error message saying:
Multiple Choices
The document name you requested (/contacts.html) could not be found on this server. However, we found documents with names similar to the one you requested.
Available documents:
/CONTACTS (common basename)
The word CONTACTS had an embedded link which I clicked and received this message:
Error 403 - Forbidden
You tried to access a document for which you don't have privileges.
Having received that message, the test message nonetheless was successfully delivered to my mailbox. So, in summary, the contact form is working insofar as the message getting through is concerned, but the sender is being told that it is not working. Can this be fixed, please?

This error message is coming from your server. It is most likely caused because you've specified the redirect URL as a page that doesn't exist. You need to change this in your settings to a valid web page.
1. Login
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Redirect Page'
4. Enter the correct URL you want your user's to be redirected to
