I made some changes in my form appearance and when I copy and paste the changed code into my HTML snippet the form does not show up and my page is some what distorted.

I made form appearances to three other web sites of mines with out any problems prior to changing this one. The only changes I made was color. Now I cannot get the form to work.

I found my problem on from appearance. I left out the # symbol in my color choice.
