Nick,
I'm a bit frustrated with the 'upgrades'.
I have a dentist client that uses this service and it was working great until your 'upgrades' the form on the homepage works, but the ones on the other pages don't. The form is in a library item because it appears on every page of the website. So now it seems that i need to create a form for EACH page because the URL needs to be specific. THIS IS A PAIN AND FLYS IN THE FACE OF PRODUCTIVITY. BECAUSE OF THESE 'UPGRADES' my client hasn't recieved and email from his internal pages since Sept. 3rd. and has received an error with directions that didn't make sense - i didn't realize the error was coming from YOUR service because it DIDN'T SPECIFY YOU AS THE ISSUE. I thought it was the host. If this can't be put back the way it was, then i will discontinue your service and cancel his account - since it was my recommendation. Please advise.

the username is rantolak and i have been working on anothe solution for the form because this has been such a problem, so the code no longer resides on the site at this point. |

I can't diagnose the issue without a live copy of the code.
