I notice now for a few weeks that your site continuously switch the expected location of our form from http:\\decks.tbs4u.com to http:\\www.tbs4u.com\decks and vise versa, each time a switch occurs the form is lost AND the page is not getting redirected to our free download. As a result of this, we already lost $100s in marketing costs not to mention potential customers.
We need this resolve NOW. If your service is not reliable enough to support real businesses, let us know now.
It is also hard to believe that we have to go to a forum to post our issue.
Please provide some answer today |

I ensure you, that we haven't been changing anything within your form settings. In addition, your post is unclear as to whether the problem you are experiencing is with the redirect once the form is submitted, or with the actual location of the form you have specified. If it is the later, please make sure that within the 'Form Location' you have both of the given urls specified. In addition, please provide more specific details about the problem form (specifically the name of the form causing the problem).
