Hello, I am a premium member and have my form hosted on your servers. How can I have the 'Create Email Forms' link removed from my form? I can find no where to edit the footer of the page.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for pointing this out to us. Unfortunately it appears that a bug in our software is causing this text to appear on the hosted form. I will take care of this during the next update, but it most likely won't be updated until late summer.
