Hello,
I created a form, I can type into the form and receive it in my e-mail account, but I don't receive any info that I typed in except e-mail address and the last 2 questions. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
By the way, this is a straight copy but I want to alter this one I make sure that it works to make it look more sophisticated.....

I received the autoresponse, and it does appear that there are some problems. Please recopy and paste the code to your site to see if this solves anything. If not, unfortunately I think that you'll have to rebuild the form and then repaste the code to your site.

| I re-copied and pasted, didn't work. I hope I won't have to make new forms many times. I will post another topic if I come across the same issue. Thanks. |
