1. Block the IP address under the Form Management panel.
2. We are working on a new suite of tools to prevent spammers.

Yeah, so what? That's just an IP, it will solve the problem for the moment, but the IP can be changed, so, that shouldn't be a problem for spammers..

Blocking an IP can be quite effective for small time single machine spammers.

Like I said though, we are working on a suite of new updates including keyword filters, visual verification, and email blocking that should be ready shortly after the new year.
