My form was working fine, but suddenly I get this response when someone submits it.

I re-copied and re-pasted the html from mycontact.com but it still does the same thing.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, this is a known bug which we hope to have fixed for the next update (scheduled for release in a month or so). The only fix at this time would be to recreate the form.
