getting a blank page error 404 after I fill in the form and hit submit? seems to be in the redirect?

changed the urls several times?

my url is financingforless.com

it is an add on of 4-car-insurance.com or a subdomain

so I have tried this combination since the form is on the main page of financingforless.com

financingforless.com
financingforless.com.4-car-insurance.com/
financingforless.com.4-car-insurance.com/index.htm
