I did a practice run of the form I created. When the email was sent to me with the answers, for my multiple box and yes/no box checks, it said checkbox71745. It did not show the answres that were checked but instead gave me this generic answer. HOW do I FIX this??

The only way to fix this is delete the question from the admin panel and then recreate it. It is a known bug that we are working on fixing for the next update.
